Tattoo Aftercare

Remove the bandage after no more than 2 hours. Always wash your hands before touching your tattoo.

Gently wash the tattoo using lukewarm water and mild soap (preferably antibacterial). Pat dry with a clean paper towel — do not rub.

Apply a thin layer of Bepanthen (nappy cream) or similar moisturizing ointment. Do not put another bandage on.

Clean your tattoo 2–3 times a day with soap and water. Pat dry and reapply the ointment each time.

After 3–4 days, once healing begins, switch to a gentle, fragrance-free body lotion (e.g. cocoa butter).
What Not to Do
- 🚫 Don't pick, peel, or scratch the tattoo — let it heal naturally.
- 🚫 No swimming, baths, saunas, or hot tubs for 3 weeks.
- 🚫 Avoid direct sunlight and tanning beds during healing.
- 🚫 Don't wear tight or abrasive clothing over the tattooed area.
- 🚫 Don't apply Vaseline, heavy ointments, or scented creams.
Touch-up is free if needed — feel free to reach out.
