Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo (Tattooing of Minors Act 1969). Proof of age (photo ID) may be required. No exceptions, even with parental consent.

2. Bookings & Deposits

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot (amount specified at booking).
• The deposit is deducted from the final tattoo price.
• Deposits are forfeited if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, no-show, or reschedule multiple times without good reason.
• Full payment is due on the day of the appointment (cash, card, or agreed method).
• Prices are estimates; final cost may vary based on time/design changes.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling with 48 hours notice or more: deposit transferable to a new date (subject to availability).
• Less than 48 hours notice or no-show: deposit forfeited.
• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if unwell, due to emergency, or if you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Health, Safety & Consent

• You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin issues, or pregnancy before tattooing.
• Tattooing involves risks including infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and possible dissatisfaction with the final appearance.
• I follow strict hygiene standards, but cannot guarantee zero risk.
• You give informed consent to the procedure. A separate consent form will be signed in person, including medical history and acknowledgment of the permanent nature of tattoos.
• I may refuse service if I believe it is unsafe (e.g., poor skin condition, intoxication).

5. Aftercare & Liability

• You will receive verbal and written aftercare instructions. Follow them exactly to minimise risks.
• I am not liable for complications arising from poor aftercare, pre-existing conditions, or failure to disclose information.
• Tattoos are permanent; touch-ups (if needed) may incur extra cost.
• To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the price paid for the tattoo.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Intellectual Property & Photos

• Tattoo designs remain my intellectual property until full payment is received.
• I may photograph your tattoo for my portfolio and social media (anonymously if requested).
• By proceeding, you grant permission unless you state otherwise in writing.

7. General

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• I may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
